Nelson Perez brings a wealth of experience to his role as Vice President of Trust Services at FND Trust Services. Since joining the company in 2012, Nelson has played a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of trust operations. He provides daily guidance and support to the trust staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficiency, with client-focused attention to detail. Additionally, Nelson collaborates closely with attorneys, structured settlement brokers, financial advisors and other professionals guiding them from pre-consultation to implementation.

Prior to his tenure at FND, Nelson honed his skills in the sales and marketing sectors, including positions within the professional sports and mortgage industries. His extensive background in trust administration and real estate ensures that every client receives knowledgeable and compassionate service, tailored to meet their unique needs.

Nelson earned a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Business Administration from the University of Tampa and an MBA from Florida International University. A resident of the Tampa Bay area, he enjoys spending time with his wife, their two daughters, and son. Nelson is deeply committed to expanding FND Trust Services by engaging with prospective clients and families, underscoring the company's dedication to our mission.
