Stephanie Fabregas, Esq.
About
For as long as she can remember, Stephanie has always had a passion for helping others. She is a Miami native who is fluent in Spanish. Her education includes studying abroad in International Business in Paris as well as studying Law in Spain. After obtaining her Bachelors degree in International Business at Florida International University, she went on to earn her J.D. at St. Thomas University School of Law where she graduated cum laude. While there, she was among a small group of students selected to participate in the very first Guardianship Law class to be taught in the state of Florida.
Stephanie earned a clerkship for the former Administrative Probate Judge in Miami Dade County and obtained a judicial internship with Unified Family Court. As a result, Stephanie found her professional calling in advocating for children, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities. Stephanie is now an active member of the Elder Law Section of the Florida Bar as well as several Professional Guardian Associations throughout the state.
